Watermelon-Mint Iced Tea

Ingredients
8 cups
Seedless watermelon (diced)

Black tea bags
2 tablespoons
Honey
1/2 cup
Fresh mint leaves (chopped)
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
6 cups
Water
Step by Step Instructions
- Working in batches, puree the watermelon until smooth, then pour each batch through a strainer and into a pitcher.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate until very cold.
- Bring the water to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan, then remove the pot from the heat and add the teabags and honey. Let the tea steep for 5 minutes, then add the chopped mint leaves.
- Cover and refrigerate the tea until it's very cold, then stir the tea and the watermelon puree together.
- Serve the drink over ice with a sprig of fresh mint for garnish.
