Member only Community Supported Agriculture serving Union and surrounding counties in Tennessee.

Seven Springs Farm to Table Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a relationship between our farm along with other local farms and you as our customer. Rather than simply purchasing food, our customers become “members” of these farms and get to choose the best of the farms’ harvest. Our approach is based on choice, sustainable agricultural practices, direct relationships and a firm belief in our ability to create something valuable together.

First, we believe in choice. Seven Springs Farm to Table CSA is a flexible CSA where you can choose what you want in your box each week, choose which farms you want to buy from and have an option to buy locally produced items. Shop our on-line store each week and pick your order up fresh at Seven Springs Farm or other convenient locations. We give our CSA members first choice of our seasonal fruits and vegetables. We even give you the option of skipping up to 2 weeks out of the season for a worry free vacation.

Second, “Know Your Farmer Know Your Food”. All our growers strive to be good stewards of the land in their production of food, fiber, and other plant or animal farm products using techniques that protect the environment, public health, human communities, and animal welfare. All of our farmers practice sustainable agriculture and many are Certified Naturally Grown. Certified Naturally Grown offers peer-review certification to farmers and beekeepers producing food for their local communities by working in harmony with nature, without using synthetic chemicals or GMOs. These sustainable agricultural practices increase the soil and air quality along with producing delicious, wholesome food which is safe and fresh for your table.

Third, we want to create something valuable with you. Seven Springs Farm to Table CSA supports beginning farmers and young farmers. According to the 2012 census the average age of a farmer in the US increased to 58.3 years with new farmers and women farmers decreasing. We believe it is important for the locally grown food movement to support the beginning and young farmers in our area.

Fourth, we want a direct relationship with our community. Come visit Seven Springs Farm to Table and talk with us about our growing practices. The Winery at Seven Springs Farm and our farm store is open 7 days a week for your convenience. We hope to have several meet and greets with our CSA members together with our local farmers over the summer along with classes and Winery events. Sign up for our newsletter for more information.
